Club member Ingram Lloyd is Hon Sec of The Alpine Ski Club.
The organisation hire Trackers for off piste skiers/ski tourers at very reasonable rates. Their web site contains very useful info on avalanche safety/info.
The funds generated from the hire of the Trackers is used to sponsor people either on an expedition using skis or for people to extend their knowledge or safety in the mountains by attending a recognised course.
